Hey you guys…
I have some important news for you!
May is almost here & we celebrate Mothers Day in May! [hopefully, you celebrate mothers more often as well!]
lawrence + grace is offering a new session called “this.is.Motherhood”
Now, in the past I’ve been able to work with our Honeydew inventory & offer mini sessions. This is not a mini session. This is your session. I want to create a session that showcases you. Your personality. Your look. Your life. Your family. Your journey. It is important to me to create a representation of who you are, right now.
And here is the kicker…
Two very important people in my life, have been diagnosed with Cancer. I wanted to create a shoot that allowed me to not only give back to my clients with photos that they could cherish for years to come… but I also wanted to find a way to help give back to Cancer research.
Fifty dollars from each session will do just that.
Any this.is.motherhood session completed in the month of May will qualify for this amazing donation.
One of the easiest ways to document your life is through photography. When I pitched the idea of this session to my sweet friend Lindsey, she was honored to represent a good cause, a personal cause, with pictures of her & her son, Eli. You see Lindsey has been on my heart for over a year as I worked for her & prayed with her while she fights against this disease. The kids & I were scheduled to go out to visit & have the shoot, but for unforeseen reasons we had to cancel our trip.
I quickly decided to ask one of my MOPS mama friends & she was thrilled to be a part of this promotion.
Meet Rachel. Rachel has three amazingly busy & fun loving boys. They are full of life right now. Curious. Adventurous. Loud. Playful. Very handsome. I laid a blanket on the ground… and had them snuggle, interact, giggle… I wanted Rachel to remember. Her youngest, August, is already 3 months old. THREE MONTHS. Where did that time go? My goal for this session, for your session, is to document you & help you remember. To help you look back and smell that sweet baby smell. To help you remember Nolan’s wild (but stylish) hair. To help you remember that spit fire personality that Ephraim totally owned.
This last part of the story is where I am totally blown away. Blown away on the timing of how God continues to guide this special session. The day after her session, Rachel shared with me that this is personal for her too. You see, her Dad lost his fight to Cancer when she was only 3 years old. Then 10 years later her only sister lost her battle as well. So the terrible disease is on Rachel’s heart too, as I am sure it has affected many of you in one way or another.
So lets create a plan for you. Together, lets map out your vision… wardrobe, location, personality. Lets document motherhood. Lets help to fight Cancer.
If you would like to book a session, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details to set that up.
